Three decades amplifying people

Dr. Richelle B. Arugay is an HR strategist, AI educator, executive coach, and professor with more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, IT-enabled services, and elite sport. She advises leaders on HR transformation, AI adoption, and human capital reporting, and teaches graduate programs.

She is the creator of two original frameworks now central to her consulting and teaching: the AHC Model and the RICHER Prompting Framework.
